CYRTIX provides academic training, career readiness programs, and controlled cybersecurity lab environments. Services may include:

• Course admissions, structured curriculum delivery, and certification pathways
• Skill development programs, bootcamps, internships, and placement guidance
• Isolated cyber labs for ethical practice, execution proof, and capability validation
• Institutional dashboards, learner records, and academic governance systems

2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using CYRTIX services, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and credentials.

• You must not misuse platform access for unlawful purposes
• You must follow institutional policies, lab rules, and academic governance
• You are responsible for activity conducted under your account

3. Academic Programs & Admissions

Admissions are subject to eligibility criteria, seat availability, institutional review, and governance rules defined by CYRTIX Academy.

CYRTIX reserves the right to modify or update program structures, schedules, delivery modes, curriculum units, fees, or certification requirements when necessary.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

All academic and institutional fees must be paid according to the communicated structure.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in an official refund policy
• Installment plans may be offered only under written approval
• Failure to pay dues may result in suspension of access

5. CYRTIX Labs — Ethical Use & Execution Governance

CYRTIX Labs provide controlled environments for ethical cybersecurity training and execution proof.

Users must strictly follow all lab governance rules. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt to attack real-world systems outside authorized lab scope
• Unauthorized scanning, exploitation, or misuse of learned techniques
• Sharing lab credentials, flags, exploits, or restricted content
• Using CYRTIX Labs for illegal or malicious purposes

Violations may result in immediate termination, reporting, and legal action where applicable.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content within the CYRTIX ecosystem is protected under intellectual property laws, including:

• Course materials, videos, labs, assessments, frameworks, and curriculum
• CYRTIX branding, logos, design systems, and platform architecture
• Software, lab environments, and internal execution systems

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Placement & Career Disclaimer

CYRTIX may provide placement support, internships, and career readiness services. However:

• Placement assistance does not guarantee employment
• Outcomes depend on learner performance, eligibility, and market conditions
• Third-party employers make independent hiring decisions

8. Limitation of Liability

CYRTIX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, interruption of services, or third-party failures.

All services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to institutional updates and operational constraints.

9. Termination of Access

CYRTIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if:

• Terms are violated
• Academic misconduct occurs
• Lab governance or ethical rules are breached
• Platform misuse or unlawful activity is detected

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Odisha.
